Solutions

Two Systems. Many Applications.

WZER organises its polyurethane offering around two system families — rigid and flexible — and selects within them according to how the material will be used.

Rigid polyurethane insulated panel cross-section01

Solution Family

RigidPolyurethane Systems.

Rigid polyurethane cures into a hard, closed-cell structure. It is specified where thermal insulation, structural characteristics and dimensional stability matter together — in insulated panels, appliance cabinets, cold rooms and industrial insulation.

  • Construction and building envelopes
  • Refrigeration appliances
  • Cold storage facilities
  • Pipe and equipment insulation

Solution Family

FlexiblePolyurethane Systems.

Flexible polyurethane cures into an open-cell structure that compresses under load and recovers. It is used across applications requiring cushioning, comfort, flexibility and resilience — furniture, bedding, automotive interiors, footwear and sports and fitness equipment.

  • Upholstered furniture
  • Mattresses and bedding
  • Automotive seating
  • Footwear midsoles
  • Sports and fitness equipment
